Ambiance Home Staging and Interior Redesign, LLC has been successfully in business for over 5 years in the Albuquerque area. We have staged homes from Espanola to Los Lunas, East Mountains to Rio Rancho and beyond, with Albuquerque, New Mexico being our hub.
Whether homes are lived in or vacant, all benefit from our expert touches. Realizing that buyers are looking for maximum space when purchasing a home, we strive to make the home look as large as possible, using interesting "vignettes," rather than excessive furnishings. We use lots of accessories and hang artwork to make the home look cozy, inviting and to show off the positive features.
We strongly believe that ALL homes need the extra eyes of expert stagers to make them look the best they can be. We work together on all jobs, so you get the benefit of 4 extra qualified eyes! Our reasonable fee includes 2 experienced decorators!
Often, all that is needed is our Consultation for a lived in home. We go over all rooms and exterior areas and even comment on curb appeal--the first impression of your property. Ambiance staging is not expensive and is a great investment to make your home the best it can be--whether moving or staying!
Julienne V. Brown has extensive experience for over 35 years in home decorating and redesign. Other skills include landscaping, painting, faux painting and home textile design and creation. She has a background in education and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and has founded and managed several entrepreneurial ventures. Her books include photos of New Mexico and native recipes. Merle-Dean Sanchez has a degree in art education and extensive knowledge and experience in design and color. She is a recognized certified color consultant, image consultant and master facial designer. She has used her expertise for over 35 years in televeision and theater and has also worked with individual clients. She has a special touch for pulling together items to make a vacant home look comfortable and interesting.
