House for sale needed redesign......and these couches were in the sunroom so we brought them in to make a great seating area.Bedroom needing some TLC.......and the homeowner gave us a budget to shop for new bedding. Many other unseen changes were made.Lived in home needing work to sell......and it flows better now, using the owner's same furnishings. This sunroom was a bit strange, with a queen bed in the middle before!.......We swapped furniture from another room (as seen on our "Services" page) and this is now a lovely area to relax. The fireplace makes more sense on a full wall!Home for sale needed work in MBR......and after, the MBR looks great with just a little redesign! The homeowner had this bedding in a closet.Buyers would not find this guest room very attractive before.......but after the guest room is more sophisticated and appealing.Twin bedroom before was a catch-all in this home.......After, this twin bedroom is a sweet retreat for a guest. We redesigned this entire house in 4 hours and it made a huge difference! This was the first room you saw when you entered. The desk made it look like an office, rather than a home. Workout equipment reigned and you could see a bed in the sunroom, through the window!......We made the room into a reading corner, or a nice place to relax. The sunroom was also redesigned, so that bed is gone! This house sold immediately and the buyers wanted all the furniture left as is!!This chaise crowded the bedroom and made it look small and cramped........so, we relocated it to a sunroom, where it can now be used and enjoyed. The owner called this a "sitting room," though there was no place to sit.........after the redesign, it is a comfy area to relax, entertain, play the piano (which was barely visible before).
This kitchen nook is very dreary despite the door and nice window. It needs some interest......After staging, this is an area where you would like to linger over morning coffee. This is the den in an almost vacant house.......and after adding a few pieces, it is now a place that is attractive and comfortable. The Realtor brought in some knick knacks to show off this fireplace, but it needed much more.......different accessories and some furniture make this an elegant, yet casual, place to relax......This is the same room, shown from a different angle. The MBR in this vacant house had just one sorry silk tree in it! We quickly disposed of it and set off to make it more appealing.......and it looks like a bedroom now.......This same bedroom had a wall of windows in the front. To soften the room and add privacy, we added some curtains. This was the dining area in a semi-vacant house.......After staging, the potential buyers can see that this is a dining area.An extra guest room.......often makes into a nice office. This house lingered on the market for a very long time before the owners called us in to stage it......and it sold within a few months after staging.A vacant master bedroom looks lonely........but staged, it is a nice retreat. This vacant house was on the market for a long time........after staging, it sold within 90 days!
