The difference is that in a home staged to sell, we strive to make it appealing to potential buyers and therefore need to depersonalize it.
When doing a redesign, we want to make it very personal for the homeowner, showcasing their belongings in a special way for them to enjoy.
Staging a Vacant House
Vacant houses look sad and uninviting. We make them look comfortable and worthy of a serious look. For vacant homes we set up "vignettes" and hang artwork to accent the positive features of the house and make the home look as large as possible.
Color Consultation
Color is a wonderful tool for creating a beautiful home environment. Don't feel badly if you can't come up with a color that works for you! Only 15% of people have the ability to visualize how a room will look in a different color. We will help you select color schemes that will please both the eye and the psyche. We work with clients to identify their Color Personality and assist them in creating an interesting environment that highlights existing furnishing, artwork and treasured objects.
Settling In Service
Get off to the right start in your new home. You've just moved in, unpacked cartons and now wonder how your old possessions will possibly work in the new space. We can help you get settled in quickly to enjoy the comfort of your new home as soon as possible. We can also help you select the right colors for your new space, if you don't care for the ones you inherited!

Remodeling Decisions & Shopping
Many clients have liked our work so much that they have asked us to assist them in selecting tile, granite, flooring, etc. when they are remodeling. We will also shop for clients to purchase bedding, lamps, pillows and other decorating accessories. This is great for very busy folks, or those who dislike shopping. We also have a terrific source for gorgeous Oriental rugs (at great prices), where we can bring a few to your home to decide what works best!
